Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: Under the supervision of our Operations Manager and in compliance with the industry's best practices, you will need to perform residential and commercial service calls and preventative maintenances. This position requires using our dispatching software and following invoice protocol, communicating issues to the client, making recommendations and repairs and performing "on call" duties as needed. 

Work start and end time: 8 - 8:30 am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with extended hours during the Summer. 

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $25 - $35 per hour, and additional opportunity to participate in our Performance Bonus Program which is paid out once a month. 

Qualifications needed for this position:

• Must be an A+ Team Player with a positive attitude! Our company culture will not tolerate anything less. 
• Candidate must live in Manatee County south of the Skyway bridge, or Sarasota County north of SR72.
• 3+ years of experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Canidates willing to help with installs occasionally will receive priority.

Install Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: Installation of HVAC systems following the industry's highest standards, including purging with nitrogen while brazing, evacuation with decay test and performing capacity and efficiency test at conclusion of installation. (We train on these specific items)

Work start and end time: 7am - 5pm or when the project is complete, Monday through Friday 

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: Flat Rate or Hourly. Flat Rate typically exceeds $40 an hour and sometimes more.

Qualifications needed for this position:

• Must be an A+ Team Player with a positive attitude! Our company culture will not tolerate anything less. 
• Candidate must live in Manatee County south of the Skyway bridge, or Sarasota County north of SR72.
• 2+ years of installation experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and installation techniques 
• Prefer ability to make plenums, but willing to train
• Prefer knowledge of duct sizing, but willing to train
• Prefer Sarasota and Manatee County code knowledge, but willing to train
