Our Comfort Care Plan Checklist
- Check voltages
- Check air temperature across indoor unit
- Check freon level
- Check superheat & subcooling level
- Lubricate any moving parts
- Inspect indoor evaporator coil condition
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Replace one standard 1" air filter
- Check thermostat calibration
- Check and tighten all wiring and connections
- Check condenser temperature rise
- Inspect compressor relay
- Measure all motor starters
- Measure all motor amperages
- Check operation of unit safety controls
- Check fan blade for cracks
- Clean condensate drain line and condensate pump
- Clean drain pan
- Inspect electrical disconnects
- Wipe down wiring harnesses and interior of cabinet
